CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS ALLOW YOU TO RETRACT FROM A PURCHASE, WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE A REASON TO THE SELLER.

TO USE THIS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, IT IS NECESSARY TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORES AND ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE. 

  • ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE: A RETURN AND REFUND OF THESE ITEMS IS NOT POSSIBLE, EXCEPT RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM WHICH WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE, PROVIDED THAT DAMAGES ARE NOT RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USE, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, NORMAL WEAR, DAMAGE RESULTING FROM WASHING OR DRYING NOT COMPLYING WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS
  • ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 14 DAYS TO RETURN TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS
  • THE 14-DAY PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM BY THE CONSUMER OR BY RETURNING THE ITEM TO THE ADDRESS BELOW, OR BY SENDING AT HELLO@FUGANTI.BE AN EMAIL WITH ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT INDICATING YOUR WILLINGNESS TO RETURN THE ITEM. IN CASE OF DISPUTE ABOUT THE DATE ON WHICH THE GOODS WERE RETURNED, THE CONSUMER WILL HAVE TO PROVE THE SHIPPING DATE.

  • WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FORM ”REQUEST FOR REFUND / EXCHANGE"(SEE ABOVE) DULY COMPLETED. A FORM WITH INCOMPLETE INFORMATION CAN NOT BE PROCESSED.

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED, EXCHANGED

  • DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, WASHING, DRYING, NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS, OR FROM IMPROPER USE
  • UNDERWEAR
  • SWIMWEAR
  • ITEMS WITH LOOSE , MISSING, TORN LABELS
  • CLOTHES THAT ARE FADED AND / OR DISCOLORED
  • DAMAGE DUE TO FRICTION, SHARP OBJECTS, CHEMICALS OR OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM EXTERNAL INFLUENCES
  • ARTICLES CAUSING PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT SUCH AS PERSPIRATION, ALLERGIES OR BLISTERS (NON-LIMITED TO) (2)
  • CLOTHING AND SHOES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN WORN (1)

RETURN FORM

  • THE FORM " REFUND / EXCHANGE REQUEST” , AS ITS NAME SUGGESTS, GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO CHOOSE BETWEEN REPLACING THE ITEM (EG FOR A SIZE ISSUE) OR REFUNDING IT.

IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE A REASON TO THE SELLER, ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THE REASON , TO FURTHER IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

REFUND : WHAT AMOUNT AND CONDITIONS PRACTICES

IN ANY CASE, THE REFUND CAN NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RETURNED ITEM (S) , INCLUDING REBATES, THE PROOF OF PURCHASE ATTACHED IS THE ONLY VALID PROOF OF THE AMOUNT PAID , THE SHIPPING COSTS OF THE INITIAL SHIPMENT REMAINING AT YOUR EXPENSE.

THE REQUEST FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE EXAMINED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS FROM THE SELLER : AFTER INSPECTION OF THE GOODS RECEIVED IN RETURN, THE SELLER WILL RESPOND TO THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST FAVORABLY OR UNFAVORABLY WITHIN THE SAME PERIOD OF 10 WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEMS.

IN CASE OF A FAVORABLE RESPONSE A REFUND WILL BE MADE EITHER BY BANK TRANSFER TO THE BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT INDICATED IN THE FORM « REFUND / EXCHANGE REQUEST ", THE BANK CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF COSTS SHARED BETWEEN THE PRINCIPAL AND THE BENEFICIARIES, EITHER BY DIRECT REFUND ON THE CREDIT CARD WHICH YOU USED DURING YOUR PURCHASE.

IN THE EVENT OF AN UNFAVORABLE RESPONSE, A REASONED REPLY WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY E-MAIL WITH ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT / READING TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS INDICATED IN YOUR REQUEST.

MODALITIES OF EXCHANGE

IN CASE OF REQUESTED EXCHANGE, AND IN CASE OF POSITIVE RESULT TO THE INSPECTION OF THE RETURNED ARTICLES, THE REPLACEMENT ITEM (S) WILL BE SENT TO YOU AT OUR COST WITHIN THE LIMIT OF AVAILABILITY OF THE STOCKS, WITH A MAXIMUM DELAY OF 30 DAYS FOLLOWING THE RECEPTION OF THE ARTICLES TO TRADE. AFTER THIS PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, A REFUND WILL BE MADE IN THE SAME MANNER AS DESCRIBED IN THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH.

Do you also offer men's clothing?

We were founded to offer cycling clothing for women that are both comfortable and stylish where we pay extra attention to the cuts of our products according to the wishes of the cycling woman. To maintain our focus, we do not offer men's clothing.
